In order to process your request within a reasonable time, please complete the following online form. One of our employees will contact you afterwards.

We would be grateful if you would return this form to us within thirty (30) days of receipt of the shipment, as indicated on the waybill signed by the consignee

The claimant must be the customer paying for the transport fee on the sea waybill
