Reservation and refund policy
of Relais Nordik

Reservation policy : To ensure availability on board, all passengers must make a reservation in advance.

Refund policy : Book with peace of mind ! All purchases are refundable up to 45 days before the scheduled date of travel or in the event that Relais Nordik has to cancel the trip or upon presentation of a medical certificate attesting to the inability to travel.

Payment and refund policy for cruise packages

  • A confirmation of the reservation is sent to the customer after receipt of a $350 deposit per customer payable by credit card. Full payment is due 28 days prior to departure date.
  • Refundable up to 45 days before the scheduled date of travel. It is possible to change the date of the trip according to availability or to request a credit valid for one year, up to 21 days before the planned trip.

Payment and refund policy for maritime passages

  • A confirmation of the reservation is sent to the passenger after the receipt of the payment by credit card for the total cost (100%) of the boarding pass.
  • 100% refundable up to 6 hours before the scheduled arrival time of the ship according to the official schedule displayed (cancellation notice must be sent by email or canceled via your account).
